Increasing Awareness of Innovation
The activities under the Innovation Programme action line I-e, Increasing Public Awareness, are oriented towards dissemination of best practices for involving the social actors in the formulation of development options. The methodologies sought must pay due attention to concepts such as sustainability and social relevance. By so doing, it is expected to contribute in the longer term to the prevention of negative attitudes amongst the public in advance of technological innovation and change, and therefore to the stimulation of innovation processes.
