Since 2011, RFCS proposals are to be submitted electronically
As from 2011, RFCS proposal submission will be exclusively electronic.
To be able to apply to the RFCS, each beneficiary needs a valid Participant Identification Code (PIC).We recommend that, unless your organisation already has one (through prior participation in an RFCS or 7th Framework Programme project), you request and validate your PIC as soon as possible through the Unique Registration Facility (URF).
The 2012 deadline will close on 18 September 2012
The electronic address for submission will be posted here in June 2012
You can already obtain a Participant Identification Code (PIC) and prepare forms B1-B5 (see below)

Test of a new electronic submission system for the RFCS now open until 7 May 17.00 Hrs
Please feel free to test and submit a mock proposal using the new electronic system (SEP) foreseen to be used for the actual 2012 submission. A quick User Guide is available here.
Please note that anything submitted during the testing phase will be deleted after May 7th and no proposal will be evaluated.
Proposals created during the test phase will no longer be accessible for the real call deadline in September: everything will have to be re-entered.
THIS SYSTEM IS FOR TEST PURPOSES ONLY. You can get acquainted with the new system and give us feedback. Your feedback is important to us. It will be used to determine which system will be used for the real call in September and what improvements should be undertaken in the short and medium term. Please send all your feedback to Salvatore Porcu and Mika Levonen.
Although only limited changes to the final system will be possible this year, we will hopefully be able to take on board your suggestions for future improvements.
