Guidelines for improving the synergy between the public and private sectors in the information market
To promote optimal synergy between public sector and private sector initiatives, the Commission undertook a series of consultations and discussions with representatives of the public and private sectors of the European information market in all Member States. As a result, the Commission produced this guidelines document in 1989.
