ERAWATCH provides information on European, national and regional research policies, actors, and programmes in the EU and beyond.

ERAWATCH supports evidence based policy making in Europe and contributes to the realisation of the European Research Area (ERA).

Currently ERAWATCH covers 49 countries in total: 27 EU Member States, countries associated with the European Community's Research Framework Programme and main trading partners of the EU.

ERAWATCH information is collected and presented with the support of the ERAWATCH Network of national experts.
