Image Altered States
— Debating the Future —
25 November, 16.30-18.00, Brussels Congress Centre
"Altered States", organised by the International Institute of Communications (IIC), will present some of the political and regulatory issues facing us in a time of convergence by means of a debate on the proposition "That the evolution of the Information Society should not be left to market forces".
