Important information
=>There is no registration fee, but you must pay for your own travel and accommodation.
=>Tea, coffee and a light lunch will be offered free of charge.
=>You will be given 30 seconds to present yourself in a parallel sesssion using one overhead foil.
=>At the venue, you can attach one A4 contact sheet or information note to a bulletin board.
=>Bring a spare copy for inclusion in a compendium distributed at the end of the day.
=>The Work-Programme, Information Package and 16 September call text will be available.
=>Interpretation between English, French and German will be provided for the plenary sessions.
=>The working language of the parallel sessions will be English.
