OUTLINE INFORMATION
At the moment most initiatives in Electronic Commerce limit themselves to national boundaries. However, many of these private or mixed private-public initiatives are ultimately pursuing a global strategy. The G7 project A Global Marketplace for SMEs is a prime example of a global public activity in electronic commerce (see the first session below).

Surveys Central and Eastern European developments and initiatives in Mediterranean countries.
