The times they are a-changin'
Individuals, companies and governments are all trying to come to terms with the rapid development of the Internet. Predictions are never easy, but this study gets out the crystal ball to see how Europe can network itself into a prosperous future.
Anything to declare?
Few Europeans realise that since last October they benefit from the best data protection in the world. As citizens they should welcome this, but as scientists and business people they may be in for a shock.
