The concluding meeting of the BITE (Biometric Identification Technology Ethics) project will be held in Brussels, Belgium, on 22 and 23 February.
The purpose of the event is to provide a forum to move forward the public discourse on policy issues raised by the deployment and application of biometric identification technology in various fields.
The main focus is the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7). Additionally, a special business session will be devoted to future international conferences on ethical and social implications of biometrics.
