REWAS'99 - Recycling, waste treatment and clean technology

The REWAS'99 Global Symposium on Recycling, Waste Treatment and Clean Technology will be held in San Sebastian, Spain, on 5-9 September 1999. The symposium is organized by the Spanish Centro Tecnologico de Materiales (INASMET), the Minerals, Metals and Materials Society (TMS), the Mining and Materials Processing Institute of Japan, the French Institut Nationale Polytechnique de Lorraine and the European Commission.
The event is intended to provide a forum for the world's scientific and technical communities to address the continuing globalization of environment protection through progress in the recycling technology, re-engineering of the production system and clean technologies.
Abstracts are invited for submission by 1 October 1998 at the latest. Projects funded by the EU's SMT and BRITE-EURAM programmes will be presented within the framework of the congress.
