Assistance for information and communication actions
The European Commission has published a prior information notice relating to the provision of services for assistance in carrying out information and communication actions, with particular emphasis on press relations, on activities supported by the EU relating to research and technological development, education, training and youth. A framework contract will be drawn up with the successful agency at the end of 1998 and may be renewed twice if the services are satisfactorily completed. The envisaged value of this contract will be ECU 2.2 million. An invitation to tender is expected to be published in May 1998.
