Analysing case studies of quality in construction
The European Commission, DG III, has published an invitation to tender for a study analysing case studies relating to quality policy in construction. The objective of the project is to analyse a series of construction companies which have implemented a quality scheme, either through quality assurance or by total quality management, and to elaborate individual reports in which the efforts and the changes, as well as the learning experiences must be reflected.
