Call for proposals 'Marie Curie Co-funding of Regional, National and International Programmes (COFUND)'
The European Commission has published a call for proposals entitled "Marie Curie Co-funding of Regional, National and International Programmes (COFUND)". The document is part of the latest set of calls published under the EU's Seventh Framework Programme (FP7).
The call comes under the People Work Programme and accounts for EUR 115 million of the 2013 budget. It aims to support training and career development for experienced researchers by facilitating their mobility across Europe. Thanks to this initiative, researchers will more easily gather interdisciplinary skills and intersectoral experience. Moves from public to private companies and vice versa will also be facilitated.
Rather than starting from scratch, COFUND will build on currently existing national and regional programmes and encourage them to provide for transnational mobility.
Remarks: Before contacting the Commission, proposers are strongly advised to consult the original call text.
