A workshop on 'Change management and technology transfer' will take place on 4 December in San Gwann, Malta.
Organisational change, product and process change, and innovation are required ingredients for the viability of many companies. Given that technology transfer does not happen overnight, it is imperative that companies make the required changes to their current organisational structures in order to be able to incorporate innovative techniques and methodologies as well as search for different markets.
The value of technology transfer, case studies and strategies that generate change and competitiveness will be highlighted throughout the workshop. The event is being organised by the Enterprise Europe Network - Malta, and hosted by Malta Enterprise.
