The European Commission, DG XIII, has published an invitation to tender for the provision of support services for the development and implementation of a communications programme in the area of promoting the establishment of a user-friendly Information Society. The contract would involve providing the Commission with support services relating to: - Strategic research, analysis and counselling; - Definition, development, introduction and support for the application of identity guidelines; - Development and production of communications products, both traditional publications and electronic or multimedia tools; - Events management; - Media relations; - Internal communications; - Dissemination management. These services are to be provided initially for 12 months. However, the contract may be prolonged up to a maximum total duration of four years.
