Telematics for social security for migrant workers
The Telematics for Social Security (TESS) project aims to develop means to replace the use of paper forms with telematic exchanges between the Member States' authorities. The European Commission is seeking an organisation to provide technical assistance in coordinating the implementation of results of TESS projects, in cooperation with the Administrative Commission on Social Security for Migrant Workers. The contract will start by 1 January 1999, and will be concluded initially for one year. This may be renewed for two further one-year periods.
