Analysing telecommunications competition cases
Prior information on a forthcoming invitation to tender has recently been published by the European Commission, DG IV, for services concerning the economic and legal analysis of telecommunications competition cases. The contract, which will run for one year, will be divided into two lots: - Lot 1: microeconomics analysis, in particular general tariffs and accounting methods; - Lot 2: legal analysis and in particular, access rights and issues. The invitation to tender is expected to be published on 5 December 1998.
