The Fifth Framework Programme is implemented for the most part by calls for proposals launched by the specific programmes. The FP5web calls for proposals service provides direct access to the latest calls and all of the documentation and tools required to prepare and submit proposals.

Calls documentation and tools

• Calls for Proposals
  A list of all the calls launched under FP5, providing access to all the documents necessary to make a proposal under a given call.

• Work Programmes
  Work Programmes include - for each specific programme - a description of the content of the action lines open for proposals and an indicative timetable for implementation - the "roadmap"

• Guide for Proposers
  Part 1 of the Guide for Proposers contains common guidelines for all programmes, together with programme-specific sections.
