Contract Preparation Forms The Contract Preparation Forms are designed to elicit essential administrative and financial information for use during negotiations to establish contracts with the European Commission. There are forms for each of the major types of actions: RTD (cost shared research, demonstration or combined research and demonstration projects); Accompanying Measure contracts; Concerted Action/Thematic Network contracts; CRAFT contracts. Instructions on how to fill in the forms are included in the guidelines to the forms together with explanatory notes to the fields that need to be filled in. You can also use "ELECTRA", which is an Excel application to assist Coordinators complete their contract preparation forms (see the details on each of the Form pages).
