Contract Preparation: Annex 2 - Financial Data
The Annex 2 EXCEL application calculates the totals of your financial data automatically when you fill in the details.

The financial data provided in Annex 2 provides the basis for the calculation by the Commission services to verify that the organisation has the necessary human and financial resources to carry out the work. The explanations to Annex 2 are provided immediately after the form. The t stands for time, so that t0 is the latest year for which an account is available and t-1 the year preceding. The form should be filled in the currency used by the organisation for their balance sheets. The directions for use explains how to use the Annex 2 application.

Note: You must save the Annex 2 Excel file on to your computer in order to use the automatic calculations. This can be done in two ways:
- Right-click on the link, select 'Save Target As' and follow the instructions.
- Alternatively, click on the link - the spreadsheet will open in your browser window. Then simply click, 'File', 'Save As' and follow the instructions.
