Online Submission

The recommended method in FP6 is ELECTRONIC ONLINE PROPOSAL PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION. The Electronic Proposal Submission System (EPSS) is an internet-based application providing a secure work space for a consortium to prepare and submit a proposal jointly. Access requires only a standard web browser, no special software has to be installed on the users' computers. For all details see the EPSS user guide.

N.B. The EPSS tool can also be used to respond to "competitive calls" issued by FP6 ongoing projects.

The electronic proposal submission system (EPSS) is now closed for FP6 calls.

It will be brought back on-line for the FP7 calls in 2007.

For additional information, please contact the EC FP6 IT HELPDESK: ec-fp6-it-helpdesk@ec.europa.eu, or by phone +32 2 298 72 88
