Paper submissions can be made as follows:
For the 5 main instruments (CA, IP, NoE, SSA, STREP), please use the A forms available on this page.
For all other actions (Marie Curie, Research Infrastructures, SME, etc.), please use the A forms included in the appropriate Guide for Proposers for the specific call.
Notes on using the forms on this page:
They can be used for preparing proposals exclusively for submission on paper. Sending of electronic copies will not be accepted. Each zip file below contains 4 documents: forms A1-A3 and guidance notes on how to complete the forms.
IMPORTANT: To use the pre-formatted form fields and drop-down lists, your word processor should enable macros. Please leave the layout of the forms unchanged. Do not inflate form fields and do not provoke any page breaks. Each form must be printed as one single page. Do not add lines to the cost tables in form A3. Use additional A3 sheets if the number of partners exceeds the number of lines (even if it is only one line missing).
