2007-07-31
- new Annex III – Civil Society Organisations
- Annex VI-Form C for combination of CP and CSA was modified: a specific line "access costs" in the part of the forms to be filled in by the beneficiary and third party was added
- In the List of Special Clauses, the addition of new special clauses numbers 30-33 and modification of special clauses 9 and 25

- In the List of Special Clauses, the addition of new special clauses numbers 34-39 and modification of special clauses numbers 2, 3, 9 and 11

- in Annex II General Conditions, Article II.12.2 was modified
- three new Annexes VI-Forms C were added (BSG SME, BSG CSO and Eranet-Plus actions)
- in Annexes VI-Forms C for CP, NoE and combination of CP and CSA, the financial statement to be filled in by third parties was modified
- in Annex VI-Form C for CSA, both the financial statements and the summary financial report were modified
- Annex VII- Forms D and E were updated to provide some clarification and avoid inconsistencies

- The core text, the Annexes and list of Special Clauses were updated following the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty (by virtue of Article 1 of the Lisbon Treaty "the Union shall replace and succeed the European Community".)

- In Annex II - General conditions - Articles II.15.2.c and II.16.1 have been modified and in the List of Special Clauses, Special Clause number 3, paragraph 3 and Special Clause number 30 were updated.

- In Annex II General Conditions, Article II.14.1 was modified following Commission Decision C(2011) 174 concering the adoption of three simplification measures.

- In the List of Special Clauses, the addition of a new special clause, number 41.
2011-11-14
- Modifications of Annex V (part A and B to the ERC GA) and the list of special clauses (revised special clause 38 and new special clauses 39, 40 and 41 applicable to the FP7 ERC model GA) are due to the adoption of a Commission decision of 14 November 2011.
- Annex VII- Forms D and E concerning the certificate of financial statements and the certificate on the methodology have been modified to align the audit procedures defined in these certificates to the provisions and acceptability criteria for the use of average personnel costs adopted on 24 January 2011 by Commission Decision C(2011) 174 on three simplification measures.
- In Annex III - Eranet-Plus, Articles III.4 and III.5 have been modified to simplify the rules and procedures regarding these actions.
- In the List of Special Clauses, special clause n° 39 (open access), has been modified to extend its application to "Information & Communication Technologies" (ICT) Challenge 4 (Technologies for Digital Content and Languages).

2009-06-15
- Following the autonomy of the REA a separate REA model grant agreements have been adopted for the parts of the Specific Programmes under the responsibility of REA:
- REA general model grant agreement applicable for the indirect actions under the 'Cooperation (Space, Security) and the 'Capacities' (Research for the benefit of SME's) Specific Programmes and
- REA Marie Curie model grant agreement applicable for the for the 'People' (Marie Curie) Specific Programme.

- Commission Decision of 07/10/2011 modifying 9 Annexes III of the REA Marie Curie grant agreement : COFUND,IOF,IIF,IEF, IAPP, IRSES and ITN to be aligned with "People" Workprogramme 2011.
- Commission Decision of 07/10/2011 modifying in Annex II General Conditions, Article II.14 of the REA Model Grant Agreement MC actions single-beneficiary and Article II.15 of the REA Model Grant Agreement MC actions multi-beneficiary. These Articles have been updated to be aligned with the Commission Decision C(2011) 174 of 24/01/2011 concerning the adoption of three simplification measures.
