In this revised version, the notion of award of scholarships has been clarified in point 2.1 and 2.3 and in the annexes.
In Annex 3, Section A1, the information on the topic codes has been updated to make clear that the applicant must refer to the work programme call fiche. In Annex 3, Section A3, more detailed information on the lump sum funding method has been added.
