VITAL Workshop EnVIronmenTALlyFriendly Aero-Engines steps towards clean -quiet engines & aircrafts

9-10 March 2009 – Budapest (Hungary)

The VITAL workshop is the concluding event of the programme. This is the culmination of 4 years of international collaborative research between 53 partners composed of: a large number of stakeholders in the European industry including all major engine manufacturers, innovative small businesses, universities and research centres. This workshop will offer conferences on innovative engine technologies, and will presente solutions developed by VITAL programme. It will hold parallel sessions to discuss 3 aeronautical themes: acoustic, aerodynamics, as well as material and engineering. A stand exhibition will also explain the innovative technical solutions developed in VITAL.
