FET Proactive - FP7 Call 4 Workshop
TERACOMP: Concurrent Tera-Device Computing
Budapest, 21 January 2009
PRESENTATIONS GIVEN AT THE WORKSHOP are online
Following the publication of the work programme 09-10 for the call for proposals
on 'Concurrent tera-Device Computing' (TERACOMP), this workshop should focus
on research addressing the challenge of harnessing the power of upcoming
multicore chips.
The aim of the workshop is to elaborate on a shared understanding of visions
and opportunities related to future TERACOMP research for 2009-2010 by taking
a fresh view beyond ongoing research. For this purpose speakers will be invited
to present their own ideas on the research challenges related to the area. The
meeting will be open for anybody interested and ample room for discussion will
