FIREWEEK 2009
29 June – 3 July 2009 - Luleå, Sweden an event under the Swedish Presidency
In the week from 29 June onwards, during the start of the Swedish Presidency, the FIRE week 2009 was held in Luleå, Sweden.
We took the opportunity to "unite" the FIRE-projects, which started before the 2008 summer break for one big cluster review. A Fire Plenary event has been organised adjacently in order to stimulate collaboration between projects. The FIRE week 2009 also included a Living Lab event. Both plenary events were opened for the public and in particular for all other FIRE, SAC and Living Labs projects.
The Luleå University of Technology, Centre for Distance-spanning Technology (CDT - http://www.cdt.ltu.se/; http://www.ltu.se/), together with the local authorities kindly offered to host this FIRE week.
