Each project co-funded by the EU is required to submit an Annual Report on the 15th of November each year. This Annual Report should address a wide audience, in particular the general public who will probably not have any preliminary knowledge about the project but may be interested in its results. Target groups such as industry, policy makers or civil society for whom the research could be relevant should also be addressed.
The report should explain overall the goals, the scientific advances and the expected impact of the project, as well as the work done, achievements and outputs during the last year of the project. There should be a section about dissemination, including overall dissemination strategy followed, publications made and events organised during the last year. If there is collaboration with other projects then this should be mentioned too.
