• 11-12 Novembre 2010 - 2nd Meeting of the Cluster of Monitoring and Control for Smart Buildings/Smart Spaces, Lisbon, Portugal - hosted by Instituto Superior Técnico, Lisbon Technical University, with the support of MIT Portugal. The focus was on Smart Campus, Building Instrumentation and Facility Management, Full Building Life-Cycle Management (from Construction to Usage, including Structural Monitoring). Real-world Deployments and M&C for Healthcare, both at Home and in Hospitals, were also addressed.
• 14 October 2010, Brussels+São Paulo+Recife+Brasília - Special Information and Networking Session on EU-Brazil Joint ICT Call @ WPMC 2010, Recife, Brazil - broadcast over the Internet, organized with the support of the University of São Paulo (USP), hosting the IPTV system, the Brazilian Rede Nacional de Ensino e Pesquisa (RNP) providing connectivity, and the EU-funded project B.BICE which supports EU-Brazil cooperation.
• 27-29 Septembre 2010, Brussels, Belgium - ICT Conference 2010 - with sessions on Objectives of Call 7, which was published 28 Septembre. Please check the ICT Work Programme 2011-12. Of particular relevance to our area are Objectives:
