5th FP7 Networked Media Concertation 3-4 February 2010
The 5th FP7 Networked Media Concertation Meeting will take place in Brussels (Belgium) on 3-4 February 2010. In order to confirm your attendance and be granted free access to the meeting venue, please register asap to Maria-Cristina.Marinescu[at]ec.europa.eu specifying:
- your full name;
- your company's/organization's name;
- your birth date;
- your ID or passport number, which you will also need to show when entering the EC building;
- the project on behalf of which you will be attending the concertation meeting;
- which cluster meeting you are planning to attend.
All information collected within the framework of access control to EC buildings is handled in accordance with Regulation (EC) n° 45/2001 of the EP and of the Council on the protection of personal data.
