GENERAL INFORMATION
Call 2 of the ICT programme includes research in the area of photonics components and subsystems ( 207KB). The Call is expected to open on 15 May 2007 and to close on 9 October 2007.
To prepare for this Call, an Information Day on Photonics will take place in Brussels on April 26th 2007 at Avenue de Beaulieu 25, room 0/01.

The purpose of the Photonics FP7 - Call 2 Information Day :
- To provide up-to-date and first-hand information on the area of 'photonic components and subsystems' in 2007-2008 workprogramme (contractual, legal and administrative modalities can be covered if needed during the Q&A session).
- To facilitate the formation of consortia for proposals to the Call, and to promote synergies and collaborations between prospective proposers. Participants are therefore encouraged to lay out their ideas for possible proposals.

If you would like to present your idea for a research proposal, please submit this herebefore April 20th. Presentations should be maximum 3 slides in PowerPoint (or equivalent) and include your contact details. These presentations will also be posted on our website (please read the related privacy statement, 86KB).
