Please note that the evaluation is implemented as a combination of remote reading (using RIVET) and consensus meetings/evaluation panels in Brussels. The meetings in Brussels will take place in the Commission buildings in COVENT GARDEN (Place Charles Rogier, Brussels) - see directions below.

Timetable
Proposal submission deadline: 27th October 2009 at 17.00 Brussels time.
Evaluation (including remote and hearings): November - December 2009.
Please note that the exact dates when you will need to be in Brussels will be communicated to you by the relevant objective coordinator.
