(5 Jan 2012): Briefing material is now online (see under heading "Briefing Presentations - Key documents for evaluators").
(28 Oct 2011): We have started to send out invitations to selected experts. Since the total number of proposals is (obviously) unknown at this stage, we will gradually send out invitations to more and more experts, as more information about the total number of expected submitted proposals becomes available. We expect that roughly 75% of the total needed appointment letters (contracts) will be sent out during the course of november. Some experts have been contacted to inform them that they will not be invited.
Invitations are then followed by appointment letters (contracts). To prepare the appointment letters, we need to have a Legal Entity Form and a copy of your passport or identity card. Please send those to INFSO-ST@ec.europa.eu, preferably by email (scanned documents) or by fax (number +32 2 296 70 18). Your identity is needed so that we can register you in our legal entity database (as a private person). We confirm that the transmission of this information is protected by the confidentiality rules applicable to personal data. If you have had an appointment letter with the Commission in the past and have already filled in this document, and if your address did not change, then please disregard this request.
(21 Sept 2011): We have started an availability check for finding evaluators.
