"How to prepare an Accompanying Measure"

This section contains only the Parts B and C of the Proposal submission forms for Accompanying Measures. They should be accompanied by the Part A (administrative forms) related to Accompanying Measures.

Proposals must conform to the implementation modalities defined in Part 1, section II "Accompanying Measures" of this guide for proposers.

For accompanying measures proposals related to Key Action 2 "Sustainable mobility and intermodality" and submitted in response to a periodic call or dedicated call, please use the Parts B and C of the proposal submission forms for shared-cost RTD projects.

THE PRESENT GUIDELINES APPLY ONLY TO PROPOSALS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THE OPEN CALL.

They are designed to cover the various types of accompanying measure. Clearly some elements are not applicable to certain accompanying measures (e.g. organisation of an event).

The description of the content of a proposal has two parts:

  • Part B presents the objectives of the project. It describes the problem to be addressed, the contribution(s) to the objectives/activities of the programme, the progress to be expected with regard to the state of the art, as well as the different tasks to be carried out.

  • Part C describes the Community added value of the project, the contribution(s) to EU policies and to societal objectives, the consortium, the management of the project and the exploitation and/or dissemination plans.

Please remember to indicate the proposal’s short name (acronym) and proposal number and the date at the top of every page of parts B and C, and on all annexes.

Proposers should note that proposals that would not contain all three parts of the proposal, the administrative part (form A) and the proposal description in part B and C, will not be eligible.
