Frequently Asked Questions

If you can't find your answer below, get in touch with our Help Desk

If you are a Project Coordinator or Participant, you can contact the CORDIS Help Desk to request to add or update the link to your project's website. However, please make sure that your Project Officer also updates the project URL in the European Commission's internal systems, which are the source of information on CORDIS.

If you are a Project Coordinator or Participant, please contact your EC Project Officer, who must update the project information in the European Commission's internal systems, which are the source of information on CORDIS. Project data is based on the grant agreement so contractual amendments will often lead to changes on CORDIS. Report Summaries come from the publishable summaries submitted by projects, which must be resubmitted and approved before any changes are made on CORDIS. Results in Brief, including translations, can be updated directly on CORDIS.

If you have forgotten your EU Login password, choose “Lost your password?” in the login screen.

You can also change your password and email address in your EU Login account.

CORDIS does not publish email addresses 'in the clear'. All emails on the website are encrypted behind a contact form that does not reveal email addresses. This allows individual users to send messages and blocks computer spam 'harvesters'. Project participants' contact details are published under the provisions of the CORDIS privacy notice, which should not be abused by other users. CORDIS also sends emails as needed to manage your profile.

The EU Whoiswho website allows you to find people in the European Commission and other EU institutions.
