What’s it all about?

Improving the Human Research Potential and the Socio-economic Base, or Human Potential as this programme has become known, is one of the individual programmes within the European Commission’s 5th Framework Programme.

Human Potential aims to: support training and mobility of researchers from virtually all scientific fields throughout Europe; increase EU expertise in the socio-economic sciences to allow us to understand how to harness Europe’s rapidly changing society.

There is a wide range of opportunities available for young to senior scientists, and for research teams, universities, companies and other organisations in Europe’s Member and Associated States.
