The Human Potential Programme
Where can I get help?
National Contact Points
National Contact Points (NCPs) are the first point of contact for queries on the Human Potential Programme. The NCP network offers a contact person/s in each of the EU Member and Associated States, who have a detailed understanding of the programme and are kept up to date by the Commission of any changes to the planned schedule of activities. Depending on the resources available to each contact point, NCPs may be able to help in a number of ways, for example by:
- providing up-to-date information on any changes or developments in the programme
- giving advice on administrative procedures and contractual issues
- assisting in partner search activities
- assisting organisations, in particular those without experience to prepare proposals
Helpdesks
There are numerous helpdesks available to provide information:
Human Potential Programme infodesk (as this is a general e-mail for the whole programme, please specify the activity of interest in the subject line).
CORDIS Helpdesk a central point for all users of the CORDIS server for information on the Fifth Framework Programme, partner search, etc.
The IPR helpdesk for information on patents, trade marks, copyright and other Intellectual Property (IP) issues.
The ProTool Helpdesk for help on how to use the Commission software tool, ProTool, to prepare and submit a proposal electronically. |
