Entrepreneurial innovation in Europe - A review of 11 studies of innovation policy and practice in today’s Europe
This website reviews and summarises 11 reports in a series of Innovation Policy Studies published by the European Commission’s Enterprise Directorate-General. Addressing priority policy issues related to company-level innovation and its framework conditions, the studies contribute to the strengthening of Europe’s innovative performance by giving its political, industrial and institutional decision-makers access to authoritative and up-to-date analyses of current innovation activity, emerging barriers and needs, and the results of existing policy instruments.
A review of a previous batch of 12 Innovation Policy Studies was published in 2001 under the title Building an Innovative Economy in Europe.
