Enhancing the analytical capacity to review innovation policy and performance

Introducing latest innovation policy analysis and studies carried out by the Innovation Directorate to support policy making.

The innovation studies aims to analyse priority factors shaping innovative performance and to reflect the increasing appreciation of the economic and social importance of innovation.
Analysis and updates are carried out by Commission departments with the help of external technical support (through periodic calls for tender on studies on innovation matters).
