15:15h Presentation by each project (max 5 minutes each)
16:05h Explain and discuss the topics listed above within this cluster (get a common agreement on wording and scope)

16:50h Discuss topic per topic.
18:00h wrap up.

A non-complete list of topics included within this cluster is:

1. User generated content creation, management and consumption systems (including business models, IPR, media usage, frameworks for non-professionals to publish their own content, etc)
2. User centric media services in the extended home (systems to create and deliver media services tailored to the user's preferences and context and to the capabilities of both the user and the network).
3. User communities' media systems (moving from individuals to the group with virtual collaboration media systems including content and services creation, management and delivery to and by the group).
4. Personalised access to Networked Media Systems (including 3D and mixed reality).
5. Novel Networked Media Systems to support human creativity at the cross roads of ICT and arts/design research.
6. Policy and regulatory issues (privacy, protection, etc.).
7. Methods of setting "grass roots" applications – testbeds (design and development on user experience, user evaluation, user requirements, user patterns, etc.).

The final objective is to develop a white paper on "user centric media" by November 2007. To this purpose a board will be decided, please be ready to volunteer yourself to be member of this board.

Different ways of cooperation between projects will be defined, such as: exchange of documents, joint workshops, common development, exchange of code/platform/etc.

Participants to the cluster meeting should prepare in advance to the meeting by:

- Identifying on what topics they would like to co-operate with other projects
- Checking if there are other areas on which people would like to co-operate - than those said above
- Knowing how they would like to co-operatie
- If they are ready give input to another project OR receive input from another project

The outcome would be to identify common areas of interest and levels of collaboration among the projects. CIRCA will be offered as the platform to assure that this collaboration amongst projects is effective.
