Special clauses and conditions for contracts in the IST programme

Special conditions to Article 6 of the contract and Annex III, Special Conditions for the IST programme for the types of contracts supported by the IST programme.

Note that some of the special conditions to Article 6 are mandatory for all contracts while other are optional depending on the conditions of the contract and the consortium. Note also that contracts for Future and Emerging technologies (FET) use a slightly modified Annex III.
