The "technology roadmap for nanoelectronics" discusses questions like the above. Many top nanotechnology experts contributed to this document through the discussion sessions at the six monthly workshops of the "Nanotechnology Information Devices" initiative. The result is a document that should help the interested reader to reflect on strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of different technology options.
