Cluster: Enterprise Interoperability - Projects
Projects financed under FP6 and part of the cluster
- ATHENA is an Integrated Project supporting research activities enabling enterprises to seamlessly interoperate. In addition, this project aims at becoming a major contributor in this field; therefore an Enterprise Interoperability Centre will be established to disseminate the results of its research activities.
- INTEROP is a Network of Excellence (NoE) which aims at re-structuring the area of enterprise interoperability research in Europe in order to reach critical mass and develop multidisciplinary approaches. Support from Member States is needed to ensure national support and co-operation of national initiatives on related topics with this NoE.
- NO-REST is a Specific Targeted Research Project (STREP) that aims to investigate the applicability and dynamics of standards in the e-business and e-government sectors, and to develop guidelines for tools for the assessment of their performance and of the impact they have on networked organisations.
- TrustCoM is an Integrated Project that will develop a framework for trust, security and contract management in dynamically-evolving virtual organisations. Not only do enterprises need to interoperate with other organisations, it needs to be done in a secure and trusted way as well.
- ABILITIES: Application Bus for InteroperabiLITy In enlarged Europe SMEs.
- FUSION: Business process FUSION based on Semantically-enabled Service-Oriented Business Applications.
- GENESIS: Enterprise Application Interoperability via Internet-Integration for SMEs, Govenrmental Organisations and Intermediaries in the New European Union.
- IMPORTNET: Intelligent modular open source Platform for intercultural and cross-domain SME networks.
The cluster will be reinforced by new projects after the first Call of the ICT Programme under the 7th Framework Programme for research.
