Information Day on "Socio-economic analysis and indicators for the information society" within the 6th IST call for proposals
Please note new date: Friday, 2nd March 2001
(instead of 1st March as pre-announced)

Cross Programme Action Line IST 2001 – V.1.7 CPA7 entitled "Socio-economic analysis and indicators for the information society" is open in a call for proposals that has been published on 27 January 2001 in the context of the Information Society Technologies (IST) programme. The IST programme is one of the specific programmes run under the 5th RTD Framework Programme of the European Community.
The aim of the information day is to inform potential proposers of the content and focus of this new Action Line in the 6th IST call and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas.

Dialogue Workshop on "Organisational change, work, and the use of ICTs"

This workshop is one of a series of 'dialogue workshops' the Research Directorate General is to launch this year. The workshops, which will be organised by the 5th Framework Programme's Key Action on 'Improving the socio-economic knowledge base', are intended to bring socio-economic research closer to citizens, policymakers, non governmental organisations and business.
