This domain of the Library service presents official documents related to EU Research and Technological Development (RTD) activities stored in the RTD-Document Library database. These documents, available mainly in PDF and/or Word format, can be either:

• downloaded by the users
• or received by e-mail through DOCMAIL

The RTD-Document Library contains various types of documents related to calls (such as work programmes, supporting documents for proposers etc.) and projects (projects reports for instance).

In addition, since June 2000, COM and SEC Documents, previously stored as abstracts in the RTD-Comdocuments database, are available in the RTD-Document Library. For COM and SEC documents before June 2000, a record containing an abstract may still be held as an archive copy in the RTD-Comdocuments database.
