Marie Curie Conferences and Training Courses (SCF/LCF)

How to apply?

All proposals are submitted by legal entities (e.g. industrial/commercial firms, SMEs, universities, research organisations, international organisations etc.). Proposals may be made by a single legal entity (mono-partner application) or by several legal entities (multi-partner application). Proposals must include at least one legal entity from a Member or Associated State.

A call for proposals for 'Series of Events' (SCF) was published on 18 January 2006 with a deadline of 17 May 2006. Note that no further calls are foreseen for 'Large Conferences' (LCF).

This will be the last call for this action under the Sixth Framework Programme.

General information describing this action and the specific eligibility criteria in detail is available from the Marie Curie site on the Europa server and more specifically in the following documents:

In order to prepare a proposal you need to go to the relevant CORDIS call page and download the Guide for Proposers.

Co-ordinators of a "Marie Curie Conferences & Training Courses" project must advertise their events and the funding opportunities for eligible researchers wishing to participate in an event. Interested researchers may consult these opportunities via the CORDIS website: /mc-opportunities

Individual researchers interested in attending events should apply directly to the host organisation.

Further advice and assistance can be obtained from your National Contact Point. (In 'NCP field' select "Mobility"), and from the EURAXESS Services, the European Network of Service Centres.
