A ToK-DEV proposal must include at least one co-ordinating legal entity from a Member or Associated Candidate State, together with any named training to which staff secondments will be made.
A ToK-IAP must have at least two legal entities (one industrial and one academic) from at least two Member or Associated States. Such strategic research partnership projects can be co-ordinated either by the industrial or academic partner and can involve one or more partners from the other sector.
This will be the last call for this action under the Sixth Framework Programme.
