The Commission intends to make a restricted request for offer of tenders in conformity with Articles 56 and 57 of the Financial Regulations of the European Communities of 13 March 1990 (OJ No L 70 of 16.3.1990) for two or more lots of 30 appliances to be used at the JRC I-Ispra centre in the sampling of trace gas in the atmosphere by absorption on a chromatographic column.
