The projects concern the following lots: - Lot 1: Data and information management, including integration of environmental data in relational data base, quality control, querying, presentation and analysis; - Lot 2: Telematics support, including services for network management and monitoring, WWW and security aspects; - Lot 3: Application development for dedicated and specific sub-systems; - Lot 4: Data modelling and interchange; support to interchange guidelines/procedures and specific modelling tasks.
