The HIGHEST Network --- The HIGHEST network links enterprise organisations representing five regions - Alpes-Maritimes, Helsinki region, Torino Area, South Sweden and Berlin. The partners specialise in Information and Communication Technologies and have already worked together in several common sectors such as e-commerce. The partner from the Alpes-Maritimes region is CICOM organisation - a privately owned enterprise incubator in the Sophia Antipolis Scientific Park; Helsinki region is represented by the Otaniemi Science Park, which is centred around the Helsinki University of Technology. Torino area is represented by I3P, the recently created Politechnico Torino incubator, South Sweden is represented by SydSam, a regional public organisation covering the six most southern counties in Sweden while the partner representing Berlin is Wista Management GMBH, the operator of the Scientific and Technology Park of Berlin Adlershof.
